Rudolph Bubbles

What’s Christmas without a little sparkle and some bubbles?! Unfestive! So this year mum and I decided to make Christmas champagne cocktail – Rudolph bubbles! Very easy to make, and it makes the perfect Christmas eve or Christmas day drink. Go on, spoil yourself, it’s Christmas!

All you’ll need is a bottle of champagne and a pomegranate, it’s that easy.
Cut your pomegranate in half and get all the lovely seeds out of it and pop them into a bowl. 

Whizz them in a blender until they’ve turned into juice. You can either strain them if you don’t want the added crunch, or just pop the mixture straight into the bottom of your champagne glass. We were feeling adventurous and wanted to try the crunch, though I think next mum would prefer to strain them.

Pop open your champagne (try not to look as petrified as I did!)

And pour the champagne over the pomegranate juice, and serve. Simple!
